About the role
We are looking for multiple casual Support Workers to work in our residential house which has clients with intellectual disabilities. For them it is their home away from home so it is important that the successful person is culturally respectful and non-judgemental as well as have strong professional boundaries.

Working in our intensive residential service you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. Through role modelling, coaching, guiding and supporting our service users on their recovery journey you will be hard pressed not to achieve a high level of job satisfaction. Our service operates 24/7 so candidates will need to be available for sleep over shifts.
What you need:
Have a Health and Wellbeing Qualification (or equivalent/above), however if your passion for working with people with a Mental Illness or Health and Wellbeing is what drives you what drives you and you're willing to commit to working towards a qualification then we would love to hear from you as we can offer some support around this
A full New Zealand driver's licence
