Through integration and collaboration, we're building a health system underpinned by partnership, equity, sustainability, whanau-centred care, and excellence.Mo te turanga / About the roleAn exciting opportunity has become available to work as a Casual Store Person and join our passionate Stores team at Rotorua and Taupo Hospital.The stores team sits within the wider Procurement, Supply Chain & Health Technology Management team across Health NZ.Bring your supply chain experience to an established team delivering materials needed to maintain efficient and effective services within the hospital environment.
You will be responsible for:Process and deliver requisitionsDriving and deliverySupport specific wards with scanning and resupply of stockCustomer service from the warehouse - either in person, phone, emailProcesses and stocking inwards goodsPerforming stock takes and some administration tasksParticipating in quality improvement.We are recruiting 1 store person on a casual basis.
When we have store persons on leave or unexpectedly sick, our Team Lead or Lead Store Person will make contact with you to understand your availability to fill in and tasks for the day.
