Casual Administrator and Receptionist - Mental Health and Addiction Services
We haveseveral Casual Administrator and Receptionist roles available here in Mental Health and Addiction Services and would love you to join our team!
The Auckland District Health Board (DHB) Mental Health servicesprovide a range of services for adults with moderate to severe mental illness or psychological distress. Services are provided via multi-disciplinary teams which include psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers.
These are casual positions in order to cover sick and annual leave for reception and administration roles.
The position is purely on an as and when required basis, shifts will range from morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and public holidays.All roles are based in Auckland Central Areas.
You will haveexcellence reception/administration experience, which enable you to carry out general administrative tasks. As an ideal applicant, you will have excellent English language communication skills with a polite, friendly and articulate phone manner
As you will be the first person to greet visitors to our unit you must be bright and bubbly with a strong attention to detail, have excellent administration and organisational skills and be highly efficient and organised.
Your keen desire to learn and work as part of a team will ensure your success in this high pressured and rewarding environment. There will also be regular interaction with staff and Service Users so you will need to feel comfortable working in a Mental Health environment. A talent for multi-tasking and the ability to take control and deal with situations as they arise is key.
Good computer skill is definitely an advantage. You will occasionally need to drive a work vehicle so a full, clean New Zealand driver's license is essential.
