We are seeking applications from Receptionists/Night Auditors for a Casual Night Auditor/Evening Receptionist role:

Responsibilities Include:
Front office administration duties including reservations, accounts charge backs, cash handling and reception duties.
Completing daily reports/audit ensuring the accuracy of all financial information
Front Office operations, Check-in and Checkout
Process balancing and auditing of daily transactions
Responding to guest requests / handling emergencies that may occur
Adhering to hotel guest service standards
Maintain guest history
Manage wake up calls
Control key allocation
Assist departing groups with luggage

To be successful in this role you must have the following:
Self-motivated
Able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
Min of 1 year in similar Night Auditor role
Understanding of night auditing and reception process
Problem solving skills
Experience with CMS Front office system is an advantage
Ensure security procedures are followed at all times
Strong skills promoting and selling accommodation and facilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ensure high level of presentation in all accommodation areas.
A strong attention to detail
Clear communication
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
