Casual Chef

We are seeking a Casual Chef to join our friendly team at the Edinburgh Castle Hotel.
Edinburgh Castle Hotel is located on Gympie Road in Kedron. We have a small 50 seat Bistro, Public bar with all day dining Fri - Sun, spacious Function room and a Gaming Room open 10am - 4am 7 days a week.
The successful candidates will possess the following:
Ability to run a kitchen
Trade qualifications
A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and strong communication skills
Ability to work individually & in a team environment is a must
Organisation skills
Available to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends
