The Team:What we do
Burwood Hospital is our new facilities and the home to our new cafe which is located within the Burwood Hospital building and is the largest cafe on the campus. This cafe is the central hub for clinical and administrative staff to come and purchase meals, drinks and coffees during their working hours, as well as catering to the patients, visitors and public.
This is a casual position working across seven days, from 7am till 7pm
The Role:Where you fit in
Our Cafe Assistants are responsible for providing our customers with the highest quality service and carrying out our general cafe and kitchen duties such as working on the till, presenting and serving food, restocking shelves, cleaning dishes and keeping the cafe clean and tidy.
Your skills will include the following:
Exceptional coffee making skills and passion for coffee!
A friendly, positive nature and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
Proven experience in a similar role
The ability to maintain speed without compromising standards
A fast learner who can pick up new skills quickly
Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all walks of life
