Being part of our team, you will work alongside clients to help support them.In this role you will work from a queue and manage 10 to 15 phone based hardship appointments per day for Work and Income clients. These appointments will cover a variety of assistance types such as food grants, rent arrears, school uniforms and other types of hardship grants.RequirementsThe start date for this role is the 9th December 2019 and you must be available to work through the full period (we only close on statutory holidays) until 28 February 2020Available to work from 8.25am to 5.00pm, Monday to FridayHave exceptional communication skills and be able to comfortably work in a fast-paced environmentBe able to have a phone conversation and navigate your way around the intranet and input data into different computer programmesProvide great customer service and be reliable.BenefitsWe provide a positive and diverse work environment where kotahitanga and team work are key to helping us provide great service to our clients.
