Work with a supportive team that are committed to continuous improvement.What you'll be doing as the face of the organisation, our Case Managers will engage with and work alongside our clients to support them into employment, emergency housing, administer hardship grants and other assistance as required.Our clients come from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. On any given day you'll interview clients, either over the phone or face to face, all with different circumstances and receiving different types of support from us. You'll work with clients to empower them to achieve their goals and to take steps towards a better future.Every day is busy and demanding but very rewarding as you can positively influence people's lives.
