We match volunteers with clients around the country who would benefit from regular connection.Our specialty teams specifically support members of your own community, and as part of our Samoan team, you can connect with your client in either Samoan or English.As a Team Manager, you will provide support to your Team Leader and volunteers, including:Assist with recruitment of new volunteersVolunteer and client matching, ensuring new clients are followed up with to ensure quality and connection of volunteerEnsure accurate Volunteer and Client information is kept on internal databaseConnect with the Community Care Manager to provide updates and any volunteer movements.Please note, this is an unpaid voluntary position.Ko wai koe - About you:What skills and training do our volunteers have?Our Caring Caller Managers provide vital support to our Team Leaders and Volunteers, ensuring our service truly makes a difference in someone's life.
