At Summerset we are here to bring the best of life to our residents. To do this, we know we need to take care of our people to form a team who are strong enough to care, operate as one team, and strive to do their best.
Now, we are looking for an exceptional Caregiver to join our New Plymouth village. Ideally you will have experience in aged care and may even have Caregiver qualifications too. But more important to us will be your genuine love for all kinds of people from all walks of life.
This is a busy and diverse role, assisting residents with their day-to-day activities such as showering, delivering meals and much more. Therefore, you will need to be resilient, kind and patient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in personal care.
You will also need to be a team player and able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks. You will also have the ability to work on a casual basis, as and when required.
