Our client is a well resourced and well respected organization with a good reputation for providing the highest standard of care has an exciting opportunity available for a talented Manager with broad understanding and experience in aged care.
The focus is on managing the facility, working closely with clients and families.
You will be fully supported by the Area Manager,Clinical, Financial and Administration staff
The key attributes:
Have Management experience in Aged Care
Must be a NZ Registered Nurse with current APC
Commitment to continuous quality care
Positive and flexible attitude
Have good business acumen

The role requires someone with:
Exceptional people skills
Respect for existing systems and Procedures
A genuine desire to encourage staff to grow and develop
Capable of managing a large and busy facility
Commitment to best quality care
Sense of humor and enjoy working as part of a close well-functioning team and also as a Senior Member of the Management team
