Fantastic opportunity

CCDM is a 'whole of organisation' approach which, in conjunction with TrendCare, focuses on the provision of tools, processes and organisational support systems to identify gaps between capacity, demand and manage variance, enabling us to build enduring solutions to safe staffing issues by matching patient demand to the care they receive.
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled, well organised and personable senior registered nurse to assist the CCDM team to coordinate, implement and roll out the CCDM programme across the Southern DHB.
Based within the CCDM Hub of the Integrated Operations Centre at Dunedin Hospital this position will see you utilising a broad range of your significant skill set:
Coordinating and implementing best practice tools and guidelines
Developing and sustaining constructive relationships that enhances your connections and ability to influence, by modelling a partnership approach with all stakeholders
Collaborating on programme development, communication and implementation, and feedback loops to ensure ongoing engagement across the board

Working at a high level with regards to health informatics, we anticipate you'll be an advanced/expert user, allowing you to collate reports, analyse outcomes and work alongside senior staff to re-engineer rosters as required. However, this role is more than just numbers and data, it's as much about your ability to connect and influence multiple stakeholders. You will engage with the Wards, Senior Management and Health Union Organisers, as it's through others that you will achieve positive outcomes.
This is a unique opportunity to have a huge impact across health services assuring patient safety and satisfaction, supporting staff health and well-being and maximising organisational efficiency. You'll be fully supported in your role by the CCDM team, we just ask that you bring a 'can do' attitude, have excellent time management and good humour!
You must have a current New Zealand APC and recent experience in clinical leadership.
