Capital Programme Manager

About the role:
We're looking for a Capital Programme Manager, located at our Hokitika site, reporting directly to the General Manager of Manufacturing. This is a senior, hands-on role across all manufacturing operations where you will be primarily responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, and execution to completion of Westland Milk Products portfolio of Capital Projects and long-term Capital plan.
What we are looking for:
Proven knowledge of high-level project management methodologies and organisational change management
Strong people leadership skills
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Demonstrated work with cross-functional teams including the Executive team
Strong communication skills including the ability to influence, train and lead
Ability to manage project reporting/document management, budgets and cost controls
Previous Capital Management experience in a dairy/FMCG or manufacturing site
