Candidate Manager / Resourcing Consultant

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Sourcing candidates through advertising, social media, referrals and other avenues
Research new initiatives through which to source candidates
Build and maintain relationships with your candidate pool
Screening and interviewing candidates
Thorough reference checking

Ideally degree qualified with previous experience in a sales support or recruitment candidate management role
Very strong customer services skills and ability to quickly build rapport and credibility
Strong Administration skills
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a role with multiple things on the go
Outgoing, energetic and friendly personality in person and over the phone
Have an eye for detail and know how to work and think outside of the box
Exceptional communication skills and professionally presented
Show initiative to think ahead and plan your workload
