Campus Principal

Following the retirement of our current Campus Principal, we are seeking an inspirational leader to provide educational and academic leadership at our small, welcoming campus in Blenheim. Reporting to the Teaching and Learning Leadership Team and working under the leadership and support of the Regional Management Team offering support in the areas of Curriculum, Administration, HR, Finance, ICT, Property and WHS, the Campus Principal is a key member of the senior educational leadership team, providing educational and academic leadership to staff and students.  With responsibility for the day-to-day management and professional leadership of the Blenheim Campus, the Campus Principal will ensure curriculum delivery focusing on the student as a self-directed learner, the implementation of the school's policies and programmes and the provision of pastoral care.  Possessing leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant Principal, Head of School or an equivalent level in curriculum development or teaching and learning, the Campus Principal will have a solid understanding of NCEA curriculum requirements and experience building and managing positive working relationships with staff, students, and parents.  With an attractive remuneration package on offer, state of the art technology, proven academic performance and small class sizes, this is an excellent opportunity for an educational leader with an interest in modern teaching methods and technologies.  For further information, please contact Iain Longden on ****** Start Date: Negotiable Applications Close: Friday, 5 April 2024 (unless an appointment is made sooner) **Watch our OneSchool Global New Zealand video**
