Location: Wellington Regional Hospital (Newtown)
Contract: We operate 24 hours per day, 7 days a week so the positions are rostered and rotating.
About the role
In this inbound call centre role you will be responsible on a daily basis for ensuring that patients, health professionals and other customers are looked after and providing exceptional service.
We are seeking 2x reliable, self-motivated people. Someone who is ready to make our customer's and patient's day, every day. Adaptable to a wide range of systems and processes, and to a wide variety of customer and patient enquiries.
