Cafe Supervisor

We are a busy cafe in Taupo, right on the Lake Front.
We are looking for a Supervisor for front of house staff.
With at least 2 years experience in cafe and/or bar service role and at least 6 months Barista experience.
Must be able to keep pace with our busy environment, and keep calm under pressure.
Will need to be available to work weekends, Public Holidays, school holidays, and through December -January.
Show leadership skills and be able to assist in training of junior staff, to ensure the team maintains our high level of customer service and positive vibe.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
