Cafe Manager - Columbus Coffee, Napier

We arelooking for a Cafe Manager to take charge and lead the team in our busy ColumbusCoffee Cafe in Napier.
The personwe are seeking will be extremely well organised, have great attention todetail, while also having the ability to plan ahead. You will have a contagious passion forexcellent coffee and food, while also having the ability to delight yourcustomers with outstanding customer service.
Thisposition reports directly to the Cafe Operator. You will be responsible for working on the floor as well as supervisingthe efficient and smooth running of the Cafe on a day to day basis. You must be highly organised with the abilityto work unsupervised. You will be anatural leader of people.
Yourresponsibilities will extend beyond the usual Cafe duties. You will be responsible for maintaining stocklevels and also overseeing the daily management of the Cafe. You will be organised and methodical in yourapproach to the job, with the ability to see the big picture and engage yourstaff accordingly. You must alsodemonstrate the ability to learn new skills. Strong communication skills and relationship management are essential.
