Cafe Chef - Healthy Concept - Morningside

We are recruiting for a strong Cafe Chef to join a great team @ Papagaio Health Cafe inside Health & Sports Fitness Club in Morningside. The kitchen produces healthy food from 100% fresh ingredients, full cafe menu and Clean Eating Meals that are delivered to customers' door.
The brand is growing quickly so there are genuine prospects for career development for the right candidate.
REQUIREMENTS:
1 - A very good grasp of "Healthy" and "Clean Eating" - At least a passion for it!
2 - A desire to design an ever evolving and creatively stimulating menu
3 - Craft trained and qualified
4 - Strong H&S and Food Hygiene knowledge and practice
5 - Looking to progress career with work/life balance day shifts only
6 - Excellent spoken and written English
7 - Friendly and approachable
8 - Positive attitude and ability to handle fast pace orders while keeping a "Cool head".
9 - Eagerness to become part of our brand growth
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
1 - Experience in working in a cafe of medium to high end quality
2 - The ability to work independently, efficiently, calmly with a positive attitude.
3 - Experience working on "free-from" food will be a plus
4 - Very clean and organised
5 - Experience in managing stock, budget and kitchen supplies.
6 - Passionate about good food, foodies and the growing "Gourmet Cafe" culture.
