Job Description
Our picturesque Summerset Boulcott village is a brand-new village & sits adjacent to the beautiful Boulcott's Farm Heritage Golf Club, offering stunning views of the surrounding valley and lush greens. This village is still in development - once complete, this stunning village will offer a range of modern, high quality living & care options to our residents.
About the Role:
Our Café Assistant is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families.
This is a permanent, part-time role, working Friday, Sat, Sun, Mon 9.30am – 4pm
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the Café Supervisor with daily operation of the on-site café
* Providing quality customer service to café patrons
* Demonstrating compliance to all regulatory and hygiene requirements
* Assisting the coordination and catering of village residents' functions

Qualifications
About You:
You will be an energetic and friendly person with a positive can-do attitude and good communication skills. We value your customer service ethic as much as the technical skills you bring to the team - our culture is what sets us apart! To be successful you will bring:
* Top class customer service to ensure a great café experience to our residents and their guests
* The ability to provide high quality and timely support for the Chef
* Prior experience with making great coffee, food preparation and presentation is preferable
* The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
