You will be a confident Butcher, matching qualification and/or experience is beneficial.Position: Permanent, Full-TimeShift Timings: 5:30 am to 1:30 pm, Monday to FridayKey Responsibilities:Cut meat to separate muscle, fat and tissue from around the bonesCut specialised cuts, deboning and trimming of various meat typesWrapping and packing of meat cuts and productsMove carcasses to boning table for preparation and work on machinery for processingPack processed stock into cartons for storageEnsure that the stock is labelled correctly and packed as per Operational SOPsCheck to ensure all meat is stored properly and stock is rotatedMaintain high standards of Food safety, Quality, and Health and Safety at all timesMu | About youOur ideal candidate will be self-motivated and passionate about their craft.
