Business Writer – Network Strategy

To ensure we future-proof for this continued growth and changing demands, we have established a dedicated Programme Management Office (PMO) to support our strategic goals over the next 10 years.The newly created role of Business Writer will develop and produce PMO documentation for senior executive audiences including the Programme Sponsors, Programme Director and NZ Post's Board of Directors. You'll work cross-functionally within the PMO to collate, present and report on the progress of the Programme via compelling written and visual communications. You'll coordinate and collate business cases, decision and recommendation papers, project updates and governance documentation and distill large volumes of complex information into a format that suits the audience.A range of backgrounds could suit this role. Perhaps you've worked within a corporate PMO environment as a Writer, Project Manager or BA. You could come from a strategy, research or consultancy background. Or maybe you're a Communications specialist wanting to move into the world of project management.
