About the Role:
The Business Systems Analyst is accountable for the continuous improvement of the ERP system Netsuite and moving one entity off the existing ERP system onto Netsuite. The role includes prioritising technology projects and improvements as they arise and engaging third party service providers where necessary.
The role also assists the Finance Operations Manager in the delivery of the Technology Roadmap created by the Technology Steering Committee and is a key contributor to the Technology Steering Committee. This ensures the ongoing stability and suitability of the technology solutions deployed within the Kiwicare Group.
Key Responsibilities include:
Develop the Technology Roadmap in conjunction with the Technology Steering Committee and project manage the delivery of the roadmap
Continue with the current improvement program including moving Pronto onto Netsuite and optimise all systems reporting.
Trouble shoot systems issues as they arise using their outsourced partner where required.
Support the Finance Operations Manager with our external technology providers
The ideal candidate will display the following skills and attributes:
Bachelor’s Degree: Computer Science or Business Analyst qualification
Experience with MRP systems implementation and optimisation, specifically Netsuite.
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent project management skills, including the identification and scheduling of project deliverables, milestones, tasks, and deadlines
Working experience in Agile methodologies
Working experience in Lean/Six sigma
Great team player who has initiative and adaptability
