Are you an organized, proactive professional with a passion for administrative support and making a real impact?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Business Support Officer to join Hastings District Council, in our Infrastructure Group. As a Business Support Officer in the Infrastructure Group, you'll be part of the Business Support team, providing administrative assistance to teams managing assets across the district. You'll coordinate information, prepare documents, and help ensure the seamless operation of essential services.

In this role, you will:

* Provide essential administrative support across the Infrastructure group.
* Prepare, track, and process legal documents within required timeframes.
* Manage invoicing, refunds, and other financial tracking.
* Maintain and update key databases and assist with reporting requirements.

The ideal candidates will have:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
