The OpportunityDue to internal promotions, this is an opportunity to join a well-known NZ based organisation and become part of a collaborative Corporate Services team who oversee the running of this well-oiled machine.The RoleSupport with vehicle fleet administration including repairs, maintenance, insurance and infringementsMonitor shared inboxes and action enquiries from your internal teamsAct as the central point of contact for staff regarding changes to travel bookingsManage traveller profiles, assists with taxi bookings, changes and cancellationsProvide support around national contracts i.e.
office supplies and insuranceAssist the accounts team with invoice coding and purchase order creationDocument and improve business processes, create new templates, forms and documents as neededMaintain databases and systemsProvide reception cover in breaks and leave periodsAbout you:Your outgoing, positive and can-do attitude will be valued in this organisation!
