About the role
We need a professional, friendly and enthusiastic person to join our Hamilton office as a Business Services Administrator.
In this role you will provide:
Reception duties including telephone answering, meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
Ensure efficient and timely management and support of staff expense processing, coding and submission
Co-ordinate, prepare and provide editing and formatting of reports, and correspondence as required
Support to the business, including printing, binding, filing, archiving
Comply and support with the Stantec Integrated Management System which includes Quality, Environment and Health & Safety
Meeting coordination which includes, room booking and setup, catering and occasional minute taking
Safety equipment and PPE management.

Qualifications:
Previous administration experience is needed along with a strong ability to prioritise your workload. Solid skills in a range of Microsoft applications are all essential for this role.
You will require excellent typing skills with high accuracy.
