What you will do
As a Business Relationship Manager, you will manage a specific portfolio of Business Banking customers. Your role will encompass the overall management of the customer experience where you will be their "one stop shop". This will be anything from the day-to-day operational transactions to preparation of credit submissions for lending. You'll assist your customers in achieving their financial goals - in providing simple solutions for their business across a range of banking products and services and proactively look for ways where we can improve their banking relationship with us.

This is a busy and varied role, and as such will draw heavily on your exceptional time, organisational, and customer service excellence. You will have relevant NZ banking and lending experience. What will really set you apart is your passion for relationship management and delivering an unbeatable customer experience.
