As a Business Process Improvement Analyst, you will work collaboratively with the business, subject matter experts and project members to carry out business process alignment to ACCs process architecture and process discovery activities. This will involve business process design through to implementation, including process change activities.
What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role:
A passion for business process improvement with a strong desire to make a difference
Confidence to participate in a programmes of work across a large and complex environment
Have an understanding of Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodologies
The ability to partner with the business and manage multiple relationship across a wide variety of stakeholders, making strong connections and encourage people to work together to get the very best outcomes
You can collaborate to solve problems with creative solutions
Willingness to take on challenges and lead by example and you can think on your feet and roll with it when things change
The ability to positively motivate and work with people through change and in projects
You get a kick out of helping people, taking them on a journey and getting them to those \'aha\' moments!
