You will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements and processes to ensure the seamless delivery of products while aligning with a customer-centric approach. With a focus on innovation and collaboration, you will drive improvements in both customer experiences and business processes. Key experience: At least 3 years of proven success in a business analyst or related role. Experience in developing and utilising analysis techniques such as process modelling and story mapping. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in interpreting data and identifying improvement opportunities. Proficiency in creating and maintaining application and system documentation and product development artifacts. Knowledge of product and software development lifecycle, SDLC Familiarity with project management and business process methodologies and tools, including agile.
