You will bring your experience and accomplishments to work in a supportive environment that encourages new ideas and ways of working.
You will partner with Te Whakatairanga Service Delivery, playing a key role in enabling business outcomes across P&C services, focusing on managing employment relation cases in a busy operational environment with People Leaders and a specialised centre of expertise.
Build trusted relationships with General Managers and People Leaders, providing guidance to support inclusive and engaging people experiences.
Support strategic and operational outcomes in change management, employee engagement, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

Skills and Experience Required: Significant broad HR experience at a strategic level Exceptional customer focus and ability to cultivate trusted relationships at senior levels Experience as a Business Partner providing advice on change management and organisation development Pragmatic approach to diverse employment situations Knowledge of te ao Maori, tikanga, te reo, and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, or willingness to develop cultural capability Legal right to work in New Zealand About MBIE: MBIE aims to create a resilient, high-performing economy that improves quality of life for all New Zealanders.
