Reporting to the Manager - People and Capability, this is a newly created position which will work in partnership with the rest of the People and Capability team to provide specialist coaching, support, and influence that will enable the delivery of our people plans. You will also provide a consultancy service that delivers best practice and outcome-focused HR solutions to our managers.
As a Business Partner, you will enjoy a varied role and a wide range of interactions on a daily basis at all levels across the organisation, with the added opportunity of being able to work on exciting HR projects. With a Human Resources qualification and a minimum of three years' similar experience across the full range of the HR function, you will need to contribute your excellent communication, consultation, and motivational skills to drive employee engagement and manage change to ensure that our organisation continues to attract and retain dynamic employees. You will have demonstrable skills in effectively challenging and influencing across an organisation, as well as proven flexibility, diplomacy and assertiveness. A positive, team-focused, can-do attitude is always welcome attributes for any employee in our organisation.
