About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly ambitious and motivated team player to join our award-winning team in Hamilton. Our Small Business teams work in an energising environment where we challenge ourselves to make every customer interaction unforgettable.
As a Business Manager, you will focus on having insightful conversations with our customers in order to provide specialist SME knowledge, understand their needs and offer solutions to help support and grow their business.
Have real and engaging conversations with our customers to provide specialist small business knowledge that will support and grow their businesses.
Perform credit analysis
Contribute and support the culture and learning of the wider Small Business team
Be empowered to act in the best interests of your customers

About you
Our Small Business Managers understand the small business market, have ambition and undeniable smarts.
You'll be a self-starter with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Small Business market
Use your passion for customer excellence to build strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders
Strong financial acumen, including experience understanding and analysing profit/loss statements and cash flow, is essential to this role
Ability to problem solve and find solutions to exceed customer expectations and needs
