The school has an opportunity for a Business Manager who possesses a high level of skill in financial systems, payroll, budget management and statutory compliance, combined with an accounting background. This is a senior role within the school and offers considerable diversity, and would suit an experienced professional with advanced administration, financial and IT skills. The role may also provide oversight to the School's Administration team. Applicants must also be supportive of the School's Anglican special character.
The successful applicant will possess:
A relevant background in accounting or finance, a CA qualification would be an advantage but is not essential
The capability to prepare annualised accounts
A background within Education would be advantageous
A sound understanding of Excel and Xero software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical and organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
Maturity, integrity and a high degree of professionalism
Advanced problem solving skills, combined with initiative and an ability to multitask
An ability to achieve deadlines and results within a dynamic environment
The motivation and ability to lead and work well in a close team environment
