Business Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Leading from the front, managing, coaching and mentoring your team
Meeting and greeting Shareholders and clients and providing advice and guidance
Managing budgets, staff rosters and all financial aspects of running a store
Operating a POS system
Manual, heavy lifting is required

A background in the farming sector would be ideal but is not essential
Sound people management experience and the ability motivate those around you to deliver great results
A passion for developing and inspiring emerging leaders to fulfil their potential
Proven ability in a similar retail role delivering success through sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
A strong sales focus and the ability to support your team to achieve their targets
Experienced with preparing budgets and forecasts and identifying new market opportunities
Excellent business acumen and ability to interpret financial data
