Business Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Leading, coaching and motivating your team to sales success
Collaborating with the team and leading them to help achieve results
Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs
Managing store budgets and financials to ensure the success of the branch

Sound people management experience, ideally in the retail sector
A passion for motivating and leading those around you to deliver great results
An affinity with and knowledge of the rural sector would be an advantage
A strong sales focus and the ability to support your team to achieve their targets
Excellent business acumen and ability to analyse financial data
