Business Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our team in the role of Business Manager. We offer the right candidate:

The key purpose of this role is to provide our customers with finance and insurance options to enable them to purchase a vehicle. Ultimately, you will be required to drive sales of finance and insurance products that assist our customers with their purchase whilst maximising profitability through finance margins and cross-selling of product lines.
Ideally you will have previous experience selling finance packages within the automotive industry but perhaps you have come from a banking, finance or insurance background and are ready for a new challenge.
The key skills and attributes we are seeking are:
A lending and insurance background in automotive, banking or finance;
Proven ability to network effectively and maintain good relationships;
High motivation with a competitive edge;
Proven successful sales record, target and results focused;
Outstanding customer service and communication skills;
Confidence and the ability to build trust and rapport;
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
