Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role We're on the lookout for a driven, self-starter to join our dynamic Analytics team as our Business Intelligence Analyst, on a full time, permanent basis. Working closely with the Digital Analytics Manager and other technical specialists, your role involves enhancing and developing our BI capability to ensure high levels of data integrity are maintained for accurate analysis and reporting.  About You You'll be responsible for enabling the business through engaging with key internal stakeholders to analyse data and generate insights for their decision making and business-prioritisation.  You will have experience in environments with high transaction loads with the ability to break down technical jargon into plain English. You will demonstrate experience creating new reports to replace and decommission existing reports and also with ad-hoc analysis and tracking dashboards for business decision-making. To be successful in this role you'll need:  5+ years' experience in development within ETL & BI toolsets such as Tableau, SQL analysis & reporting services and PowerBI. Strong knowledge of both object-oriented and relational database architecture and data management techniques and practices. Experience analysing and interpreting large and complex datasets.
