Someone that will be able to chase down new business opportunities, demonstrate the strength of AA Motoring Services, the dynamics of the AA brand and all it has to offer and more.You will be able to quickly get established and understand the different areas of our business to ensure that we accomplish strong commercial growth/sales within areas of AA Vehicle Inspection (AAVI), AA Vehicle Testing (AAVT), Compliance, Auto Centre (AC) outlets (both franchisee and AA owned) and AA Approved Repairers (ALR).Superstars are normally well connected and operate with a strong personal brand, so negotiating and getting buy in will come to you easily. You will be the connector joining the dots on opportunity and how we can bring a number of different products together. You will use your skills to understand the automotive market with the ability to translate market trends/ideas, and customer problems into new product development.We are in growth mode with innovation and collaboration essential for this role. You will be able to accomplish an element of this internally, working well across the broader AA (AA Batteries, Auto Glass, AA Money and Roadservice). The ability to build solid internal relationships will be a key component for success in the role.To expand on the responsibilities of this role you will:Develop and implement an annual sales plan to support the overall strategy and business plan for Motoring Services (MS)Develop and maintain a network plan and map across all site and areas of MS identifying new locations including franchise, licensed and company owned opportunities as well as business prospectsWork with the GM and the MS management team to drive the development of new product offerings, including online to complement existing products and meet customer needsDevelop positive business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful business outcomesWork with the Marketing Manager to review the effectiveness and use of the MS web and social media presenceWork closely with the GM and the MS management team to implement the marketing and advertising strategy for the divisionEnsure all collateral used for MS is current, premium and meets brand standardsThis is your opportunity to stamp your mark in the MS leadership team.
