A permanent opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Development Manager in Christchurch to manage new and existing intermediary relationships to ensure the region delivers the Vero proposition to customers in an effective and efficient way.
In order to be successful in the role you must have proven experience of the following:
Previous experience in a business development role
3+ years technical insurance expertise
Knowledge of the sales process
Ability to identify needs and apply an appropriate customer proposition (of products and/or services) to meet those needs
Able to accurately interpret business needs, provide acceptable solutions to deliver results
Strong negotiation, interpersonal and relationship skills
Entrepreneurial and business owner mindset
