Platinum Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf our valued Property Management client on the hunt for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager.

Position Purpose:

This a full-time Dunedin based Business Development role. The successful candidates will be proactive, self-managing, be a phenomenal people person, hunter and negotiator. The purpose of this position is to bring new business to the company.

You must be sales driven, KPI and target focused, keen on meeting and exceeding sales expectations. You will be a great problem solver who can think outside the square to gets deals across the line and prepared to go the extra mile to get the job done. Working along side the company Directors, you will be able to work with the business development team to identify new opportunities and build up the current property management portfolio.

Key Tasks:

Phoning existing clients and cold-calling prospective landlords
Exploring & seeking out new landlord opportunities
Organizing property marketing / advertising / Youtube material
Providing monthly stats and billing information
Preparing rental appraisals and providing exceptional customer care
Phone answering, making sales appointments & general office admin
Loading new data / details into specialized CRM system
Key skills required:

Proactive, self-starter keen to exceed targets
Experiences across sales roles
Confident & sales driven operator
Property background and sound industry knowledge is a bonus
Experienced across Computer, iPad, iPhone, Trademe, Youtube, social media, word, excel & CRM systems
Full, clean NZ Drivers Licence with no criminal convictions

This a fantastic sales opportunity with a competitive base salary and commission structure on offer. The role also includes a work vehicle and tools of the trade. Some evening, weekend and out of town work will be required.
