We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Supporting the channel strategy by identifying and developing new partners, whilst building on existing relationships
Maintain responsibility for profitable growth within the partner portfolio, develop partner sales and grow revenue
Present and create awareness of the organisation's products
Explore opportunities for greater penetration into other parts of a client's business and group of companies/subsidiaries
Analyse market conditions and provide input to management for future business planning
Analysing potential partner relationships for products
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and potential customers

Proven experience in IT Channel Management preferably in a distributor environment
A sales track record in Cybersecurity would be an advantage
The ability to engage and form strong partner relationships
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Understand the necessary elements to create trust: reliability, communication, initiative, and follow up
A high level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
Self motivated and self managing
Leadership capability
