We venture across several different industries and are changing the way packaging is perceived in the market.

With the recent development of exciting new products and continued growth projected, we are on the hunt for a new Business Development Manager who is hands on, and sales focused in order to join the team and deliver results now.

This is a unique role where you will be responsible for client management and retention, increasing business and sales opportunities, keeping up to date with market trends and much more. You will need a diverse repertoire of skills, and a genuine desire to jump in where needed, whether that be cold calling and hunting for the sale, day to day office work, or development of products and markets along the way.

We focus on understanding our clients, and every day look for ways to add value. We need a self-starter with energy, passion and a desire to deliver and make a difference in growing the business, as well as:

Someone with at least 5+ years' experience in a similar BDM/Sales role

Strong, effective and collaborative communication skills

A team player

A customer centric focus with excellent relationship building skills

Well organised, with excellent time management skills

Someone with strong knowledge of the market

Someone with a sound understanding of the solution selling process, and can adapt their style to offer tailored products to our customers

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Someone who has the ability and confidence to think outside the box and share ideas

A relevant qualification is preferred but not essential. Most importantly you will fit in with our awesome team of talented individuals and will add to our workplace culture one that is collaborative, hardworking, supportive and filled with opportunities to grow and develop.
