JOB TITLE : Business Development ExecutiveLOCATION: Field based - Blackpool (must be prepared to travel)SALARY : £20,000-£25,000Basis: Full TimeWe are a rapidly growing business based in Blackpool,Preston and the Liverpool area with service coverage across North West. This is the opportunity to join a dynamic and driven organisation as a part of the Recruitment Team. In this role you will have the autonomy to make a difference and help shape the future direction of the company.As an Business Development Manager you'll be developing strong working relationships with local employers and will be in a position to promote products and services that bring new employment opportunities for traineeship learners across a range of sectors in the Preston and the North West area. This role is pivotal in providing clients with a consultative approach as you develop relationships to become a trusted business partner of choice.Business Development Manager Duties:- Build, manage and maintain a substantial pipeline and to ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately documented and kept up-to-date- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating and closing to account management- Conduct research and understand prospect's products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives, overall business requirements and objectives- Maintain a good working relationships with appropriate referral networks & external stakeholders- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with employers within specific geographical areas- Provide timely response and exceptional levels of service to all stakeholders- Create MI for data analysisKnowledge, skills and experience required:- Knowledge of local labour market- Sales/Work based learning experience essential- Ability to manage workload- Experience of interaction with the client group 16 to 18 year olds- Take responsibility for delivery of targets- Demonstrable success of building and developing relationships with local and national employers- Demonstrable success in maintaining and maximising business to business sales performance- Business development experience- Recruitment experience- Knowledge of government funded programmes essential- Excellent communication skills- Full driving license- ESFA programme knowledge* Successful candidate will be required to have own vehicle and driving licenceJob Type: Full-time
