You will own the sales process and foster customer adoption of new solutions, working closely with team members to capitalise on supply service opportunities through various channels.This is a direct sales role where you will negotiate with resellers and distributors to deliver solutions to customers, whilst hitting revenue and margin numbers for Securecom.

We are looking for 5+ years' experience in direct selling to end customers.
If you don't have this, but you have the drive to sell solutions, engage with customers and be ambitious – then we have the support and structure in place to develop the next sales super star.Key Responsibilities:Actively engaged and meeting with customers in personBuilding and maintain relationships to drive sales and adoption in hardware and licensingCollaborate with AMs and BDMs on opportunities and introduce new products and services.Utilise white space analysis and insight data to predict and meet customer requirements.Sales and Supply Management:Own ordering and delivery of equipment, maintaining continuity of supply.Communicate effectively with stakeholders (customers, internal staff, and partners) throughout the sales to delivery process.Deliver on agreed revenue and margin targets annually.Market Focus:Engage with existing customers across the Securecom client base and attract new customers seeking professional services.Leverage industry knowledge to provide solutions that lower customers' total cost of ownership (TCO) and align with their needs.Use your enthusiasm, positive nature and flair to open the door for new opportunitiesBe the primary supplier of solutions to your customer base for all hardware and licensing servicesCommunication and ReportingMeet with customers to provide reporting/analysis on their current environmentAssist the wider sales team sharing meaningful information and reportingAssist management with governance reporting for monthly meetings with key partners and distributors.Conduct proactive sessions on focus technologies directly with customersPricing Strategy:Offer competitive pricing that reflects the value of our services while supporting our product lines.Product and Service Management:Supply and manage services efficiently, leveraging distributor relationships to build tailored solutions.Leadership and Collaboration:Lead the supply services portfolio across all customer interactionsCollaborate with finance, AMs, BDMs, and product managers to ensure efficient invoicing and operational efficiencies.Engage with key stakeholders to achieve agreed objectives and maintain professionalism.Develop relationships with supplier representatives to ensure commitment to key programs and projects.Participate in continuous improvement and performance management with vendors.Ensure compliance with company and financial controls and reporting requirements.Identify and execute improvements in supply services.Training and Event Coordination:Provide ongoing training in new technologies and train other staff and customers as required.Coordinate specific events and manage attendees regularly.Are you still reading - this is a lot to take in - so if you are still here, that is a great thing!Securecom is a values based company - Committed, Caring, Reliable, Innovative and Straightforward - if these words resonate with you, get in touch with us.There are loads of benefits for working at Securecom.
