We\'re looking for an energetic and driven Business Banking Assistant to join our Christchurch based Business Banking team.
What you will do
As a Business Banking Assistant, you will assist the Business Banking Relationship Managers in the processing and carrying out of administrative and operational tasks in an accurate and timely manner. You will provide support to customers through a variety of administrative tasks including new account opening, the setting up of new groups and various other account admin, and also provide customer support on request.
What we\'re looking for
This is a busy and varied role, and as such will draw heavily on your exceptional time management, organisational skills, and customer service excellence. You will have knowledge of ASB Products and Services. Ideally, what will really set you apart is your passion for customer service and delivering unbeatable customer outcomes. This role offers an incredible opportunity to gain exposure to a specific portfolio of Business Banking customers and provides a potential career pathway to becoming a Business Relationship Manager.
