Business Analyst – Supply Chain

Mount Roskill, AucklandFull-time, PermanentAbout the roleAs a Business Analyst in the replenishment team you will play a key role in the development and delivering of actionable reporting insights that will add value across our entire supply chain.In this diverse and analytical role, your core responsibilities will include: To provide high quality and actionable insight to the Group Replenishment Manager and the team on day to day performance and other improvement projects, such as imports and transfer processes Design new ways of visualising performance, using appropriate applications, such as Power BI, or other comparable tools, such as SQL Actively participate and drive tactical initiatives and continuous improvement projects that deliver end to end supply chain benefits Develop business cases and models as required to validate different options and their relative merits to determine best practiceAbout youYou will be able to see the big picture but also able to focus on the detail. Your systems abilities will see you provide valuable insights and drive better business outcomes. You’ll be a trusted advisor that is able to collaborate effectively with others in the wider business.Keys to your success in the role will also include; Proven experience in optimisation projects that deliver cost saving and service level improvement Experience in the wider Supply Chain and/or FMCG sector Proven track record in data analytics using business intelligence software tools Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data completeness and accuracy across various databases and systems Excellent analytical, planning and communication skills – both written and verbal A bachelor’s degree specialising in business information systems, computer science or information managementWho are we?Foodies is a team of 22,000 New Zealanders in a growing network of 300+ stores.
