You will be working within a talented development team and be responsible for delivering high quality analysis, requirements and recommendations and to ensure that systems are designed and maintained to meet the needs of BNZ and its stakeholders.About the RoleYou will be working as part of a broader Agile product team that's focused on defining and developing solutions which deliver value to our staff via strategic applications. This includes:Manage the backlog in terms of collation, assessment, and sizing. This includes ensuring that that the functional aspects of a given feature or service are well understood, and the linkages, dependencies and outcomes are all effectively catered for with no unexpected consequences across the business.Use your exceptional research, data analysis and decision-making skills to assist in the prioritisation and delivery of a wide range of enhancements and bug fixes through to implementation.Work across the functional stakeholders, including engagement at working groups etc. to tease out details, assist in scoping support functions, and supporting materials for customers and internal service suppliers.Manage artefacts as per standard BNZ processes throughout the SDLC.Support your team in recognising opportunities for stakeholders to leverage from existing system functionality and make recommendations to increase the use and usability of the system.Undertake timely engagement and ongoing communication with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met and expectations are being managed.Take responsibility for development of own Business Analysis skills, through identification of self-development areas, maintenance of Individual Development Plan, working with your people leader to identify formal, informal, on-the job training/opportunities.About YouYou'll have a passion for customer service, a team player who has excellent communication skills, with a huge desire to learn.
