We are looking for a BA-PO with a passion to align customer reality & product development with EROAD's determination to be a global leader in providing future ready integrated technology, tolling & service solutions for commercial fleets & vehicles across a variety of sectors. Our BA-PO’s are the internal champion of our most important team member – our customer. They use their customer acumen & empathy, critical thinking skills & robust analysis to support EROADs Product Managers (PMs), User Experience (UX) team, fellow analysts & agile development teams work cohesively to understand complex customer scenarios, problems & needs with exceptional depth & clarity.
In this role you will:
Maintain the customer voice & reality in all we consider
Engage internal teams & external customers to analyse current situations, needs, desired outcomes - ensuring a thorough & unbiased understanding
Participate in validating & testing product features & concepts EROAD may be exploring with the market & customers
Proactively identify & assess information relevant to inform a comprehensive & robust understanding of subjects EROAD may be involved with
Apply relevant analytical skills & techniques to understand, validate & articulate challenges, opportunities, inclusions, requirements & options
Grooming enhancement requests & product tickets with Product Owner(s)
Support the team’s determining the best solution for product or customer scenarios – ensuring team’s use relevant information to inform their design
Contribute to creating acceptance criteria for new features, releases & products
Support development team testing activities to ensure any final product considers any key requirements or exclusions
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
A min 3 -5 yrs. experience in business analysis or related role
Transportation industry experience would be a plus – not essential
Familiarity & comfort working cross-organisationally with stakeholders
Demonstrated communication skills – interactive, verbal & written
Experience with Jira & Confluence
Experience or comfort working in an Agile development environment
Experienced working with technical, complex products & subjects
