We Go Beyond for A Safer World Te Turanga - The Role We have an exciting newly created position for a Business Analyst to join our global Revenue Operations team, based in Christchurch.
Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, based in the US, you will contribute to improving the tools and technologies that support end-to-end revenue processes. Tait Communications is currently experiencing significant global growth, and this role will be pivotal in increasing our ability to get the right information to the right people to enable data driven decision making, as well as sharing best practices across our regional teams.
In this role, you will work closely with the Revenue Operations Manager and global Revenue team, including our regional sales organisations and global services team, Marketing, Finance and Organisational Performance, to improve data integrity and efficiency of the global revenue team. You will play a key role in our growth journey, enabling better decision making and enabling the scaling of our business as a key part of the newly formed Revenue Operations team.
Key responsibilities will include: Analysing and reporting on order pipelines, forecasting, bookings, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Consulting with Sales Managers on key performance metrics and helping to drive decision making through business acumen and data-driven insights. Training sales team members on corporate sales tools. O pukenga - About You The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep knowledge of data analysis and the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations that enable sales organisations to make informed decisions. You will understand sales methodologies, and have an abilities to drive efficiencies within the overall sales process.
In addition, you will have:
3+ years' experience in sales, sales operations, project management, finance or data analysis. Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and other BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). Effective communication and collaboration skills. Experience with AI tools and automation for Sales teams, and a certified Salesforce Admin, is preferred but not essential. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. The ability to maintain a high level with data accuracy with good attention to detail. Problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Nga painga - what's in it for you?
