An exciting opportunity has arisen within Horizon Energy Group to join our project team to implement Pronto Xi740 across a number of business units within the group. The role is based in Auckland.Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be working in a dynamic team environment.The project is inflight and we are seeking experienced Pronto Business Analysts to support us primarily in the following areas:Conducting End-to-end testing once the application has been configuredTraining users in the following Pronto modulesServicesFinanceProjectsIn addition we will be conducting Discovery/Requirements workshops with the business.We will require the Business Analysts to be experienced in:Conducting Requirements workshopsProducing business requirementsConducting gap analysisProducing Current state and Future state business process modelsUpdate existing user guides to align with functional modificationsProviding support to the users over GoLiveTo be successful the candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:Tertiary qualification in Business Systems, Information Technology or related technical fieldPreferably CBAP certified5+ years' proven experience in a business analysis role in an ‘enterprise' environment5+ years' proven experience using Pronto systemsExperience understanding Pronto, with experience in a facility services based businessProven experience in identifying training needs, developing a training schedule and conducting user training on Pronto functional modulesProven ability to develop test plans and conduct E2E Testing in Pronto.Proven ability to translate business requirements into business processesProven experience carrying out business process modelling using BPMN, with a working knowledge of Bizagi (or similar) modelling tools requiredProven ability to communicate with stakeholders using simplified business process diagrams, presentations and documentationProven ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable outcomesCurrent NZ Unrestricted Drivers LicenceThe Horizon Energy Group takes pride on its commitment to the health and safety of all its stakeholders and bases all its activities on safety leadership, risk management and worker participation as a premise.To support this, you will have excellent communication and problem solving skills, be safety focussed at all times, possess a high degree of initiative, able to think clearly under pressure and most of all be a team player.Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.We can offer a challenging position with a competitive remuneration.Applications Close: 06 Aug 2020
